You've been applying for months and hearing nothing back. We find the exact point your applications keep stopping — then we fix it with you, one application at a time.
We take 10 people a month. That's not a marketing line — it's all we can do properly.
I applied for remote roles for years and heard nothing back. Not because I couldn't do the work — because nobody ever told me where I was losing it.
Open each one to see what stops people there, and what we do about it.
Every listing says "Remote." Only some of them mean it. We check before you spend another evening on one.
We invent nothing. We take what you actually did and say it the way a recruiter reads.
This is the part nobody has ever given you. Someone sits with your actual work — your code, your commits, what you've shipped — and tells you the truth about how it measures up. Not a score from a tool. A real read from a person who looked.
We take you on and go to work. You'll know which level you genuinely compete at, and every application after that is aimed there.
We return ₦40,000 and tell you exactly what to build first. No guessing, no vague advice — the specific gap, and where to go and close it. You're closer than you think, and now you know what "closer" means.
Either way, you stop wondering whether the problem is you. That question has cost you more than the fee has.
We sit with you, work out why your applications aren’t landing, then go to work beside you. We prepare every application, for roles that genuinely fit, and you press send. So each one goes out in your name, from your own email.
If your real problem is where you’re aiming rather than how you’re writing, we’ll say so. Being told what you wanted to hear is how you lost the last six months.
Not "here’s your file back, good luck." We prepare every application with you. You submit it in about five minutes.
A written report at day 14, then we check in at two weeks and again a month later. What went out, what came back, what to change.
We look at everyone’s real work before we take them on. It’s why our name means something to an employer — and why we can’t take everyone.
Every forecast you read says the same thing — the machines are coming for the work, and Africa loses first. We're using the same tools to do the opposite: to position ready Africans to get hired and earn properly.
Machines find the doors. People decide which ones are worth knocking on. Nothing reaches an employer that one of us hasn't read and approved.
Thombi is for people whose skill is already there and whose applications keep stopping anyway. If verification says you're not there yet, we'll point you to ZiFA — our learning platform built to get African talent genuinely job-ready — and we'll be here when you come back.
Everything happens on WhatsApp, with whoever is doing your work. Here’s roughly how a first week goes.
We keep ₦10,000 for the verification work already done. You keep an honest answer, and the months you'd have spent guessing.
Straight to WhatsApp — what you’re working with, where you’re aiming, and what you’ve already tried.
We look at your real work — commits, live projects, a portfolio, references. A person reviews it, not a form. You hear back in 48 hours.
Where you’re applying, the level you’re aiming at, whether those roles were ever open to you. Before we rewrite a thing.
Readable by the software, led by your real wins, nothing invented. We’ll tell you plainly what changed and why.
Each prepared for that one role and approved by one of us: your CV, the cover note, the answers to the form. It waits on your private page with the link. You submit it in about five minutes and tap “I’ve applied”.
A written document: what we found, what went out and where, what came back, and your clear next move.
Because the paperwork was never the point. Whether you landed something is.
Not "we sent some things out." Every application, where it went, why it fit, what came back — all of it, in your report at day 14.
No tiers, no add-ons, no premium version of the truth. Whoever answers your first message is the same person writing your tenth application.
If verification shows you're not ready yet: we return ₦40,000. We keep ₦10,000 for the verification work already done, and you get specific, honest feedback on exactly what to build before you come back. This is agreed before you pay anything.
Once your cycle is underway, the work is committed and the fee isn't refundable. What you're guaranteed is real effort on every single application, an honest read of where you stand, and full sight of everything we do. The hiring decision belongs to the employer — but every application that doesn't land tells us something specific to change.
Fill this in and it goes to us as one message — you won’t retype anything. We reply personally.
Your details are ready. Send them and we’ll take it from here.
Tap below and WhatsApp opens with everything already written. Send it, and we’ll confirm before you’re charged anything.
Open WhatsApp and sendOnce we’ve confirmed your slot, we’ll send your payment link in the same chat. Nothing is charged before that.
Most "remote" roles quietly mean US-only or Europe-only. Every week we check thousands of listings and keep the ones genuinely open to people living in Africa. Leave your email and we'll send the list when it starts. Free, no strings, leave any time.
We'll use your email only to send the list. Privacy.
Here's what we can promise: you'll stop guessing. Every application goes out for a reason we've told you, to a role we've confirmed is open to you, written to be read properly. And when one doesn't land, you'll know exactly why and what to change. Nobody can hand you a job — the employer decides that. What we can do is make sure you're finally in the running, which is more than the last six months gave you.
A tool hands you a document and leaves. It can't tell you the role was region-locked, or that you're applying two levels too high, or decide that a particular company isn't worth your effort this month. The judgment is the product. A person makes it, and a person reviews every application before it goes out.
Because a hundred tailored applications reviewed one at a time is what one person can do properly. Past that, the tailoring gets thin — and thin tailoring is the thing that's already failing you. If a month gets tight, we take fewer, not faster.
₦40,000 comes back to you. We keep ₦10,000 for the verification work already done, and you get specific feedback on what to build before reapplying. This is agreed before you pay — it's not a surprise at the end.
Only if you say yes. With your agreement, we use AI to draft a first version of your materials, so we can spend our time on the judgment. Your name and contact details are taken out first, and a person reads and approves every word before anything reaches an employer. Say no and we do it all by hand. It takes longer, and nothing else changes.
Separately, you can let us use your materials, with your name and contact details removed, to improve Thombi and its AI. That’s a second box on the form, also optional. What we learn from applications themselves (which roles were open to Africa and what came back) we keep without your name, to make the service better for everyone.
Because the application should be yours: your name, your email, your account on the company’s site. We never ask for your passwords. We prepare everything, you submit it in about five minutes, and you tap “I’ve applied” so we can follow what comes back.
Used only to see if we can help and to run your cycle. Never sold. Your personal details are deleted 2 years after your final check-in, so we can follow up and tell you about new roles in that time. Ask and we delete them sooner. We keep anonymised facts about you and your applications (your role, experience, what was holding you back, which companies replied), with nothing that identifies you. If you agreed, we also keep your materials with your name and contact details removed. Read the privacy notice.
A small team at Eazify, and you'll know exactly who you're talking to — a named person on WhatsApp, not a support queue or a rotating agent. Software does the searching. Every judgment call, every rewrite, and every application is reviewed and approved by one of us before it goes anywhere near an employer. That's why we cap the month at ten.
